Agree your offer
We inspect your item and explain the amount we can pay, the buyback price and the collection deadline.
Receive your money
Once you accept and the checks are complete, we pay you and keep your item ready for buyback.
Buy it back
Return within 28 days and pay the agreed buyback price. Collect within 14 days for 50% off the normal fee.

Receive £100 today. The normal 28-day fee is £32.50, making the total buyback price £132.50.
Buy your item back within 14 days and the fee is reduced by 50% to £16.25. You pay £116.25 in total.
Need a little longer?
You can extend for a further 28 days for an additional premium, subject to store approval. Contact your branch before your deadline to confirm the cost and arrange your extension.
Before you agree
We will confirm your collection prices and any extension premium. If you do not buy your item back within the agreed period, you may lose the option to recover it. See your agreement for the full terms.

Your questions answered
Is buyback the same as pawnbroking?
They are different services. With buyback, you sell us an item with an option to buy it back within the agreed period. Cash Concepts also offers six-month pawnbroking. Ask our team to explain the available options and costs for your item.
How much will you pay for my item?
It depends on the model, condition and our valuation. Send us photos and details for an initial estimate. The final offer is confirmed after we inspect your item in store.
How do I get the 50% discount?
Buy your item back within 14 days. You pay the amount you received for your item plus half the normal buyback fee. The discount does not reduce the original amount paid to you.
What should I bring?
Bring your item, its relevant accessories and ID. Contact the branch first to check which identification is accepted and whether chargers or other accessories are needed for testing.
What if I cannot collect within 28 days?
You can extend for a further 28 days for an additional premium, subject to store approval. Contact your branch before your deadline to confirm the additional premium and arrange the extension. If you do not buy your item back within the agreed period, you may lose the option to recover it.
